Content Creator and Organizer; Muslim Youth Council Member, Advocates for Youth
Nour Abdelwahab is a senior at New York University studying the intersection of International Relations, Media Studies, and Sociology. On campus, she’s heavily involved with her Arab Students Union and African Students Union, hoping to bridge the cultural barriers in affinity groups she identifies with equally as a Nubian-Egyptian. Within her community, she serves as a Muslim Youth Council member at Advocates for Youth, co-authoring a brief that will be nationally distributed for a campaign to address surveillance and anti-blackness in Muslim communities. Virtually, she has taken up space on TikTok, making satirical remarks on contemporary issues and highlighting her identity as a Muslim in America.
